This striking 2700 sq. ft home was designed and built for a busy family lifestyle. The attractive-looking second storey exterior accommodates a spacious master bedroom and a home office.

Located in Beach Grove, in an area of abundant, mature trees and adjacent to a beautiful scenic golf course, this home incorporates an efficient floorplan, unique finishing details and a great view.

The successful placement of the home on the lot was accomplished by working through the ‘Variance Process’ with the Corporation of Delta. We were able to take full advantage of the lot configuration while integrating seamlessly into the neighbourhood.

Our client and their young family love their custom home located in Boundary Bay.  The efficient 2200 square foot home appears much larger because of the high-pitched roof design.  This infill home fits beautifully into the neighbourhood while achieving the practical needs of daily living.

Working closely with our clients and our construction team, we were able to incorporate their ‘wish list’ into the plans. The result is an aesthetically-pleasing home that works perfectly for their lifestyle.          

This home was designed for an unusual, irregular-shaped triangular lot in Beach Grove. The angled design with its large masonry chimney gives the home a country chalet look. We achieved 2750 square feet of living space plus a 2car garage, perfect for a large family. The home features three fireplaces, two of which are ‘over and under’ in the centre of the home.

A covered front porch creates a welcoming focus while enhancing the home’s character.

An added challenge to building this home was the need for a self-contained rainwater system, which we were able to successfully incorporate.
