About Nesseler Construction
Klaus Nesseler, the owner of Nesseler Construction, enjoys living and working in the Delta area. He prides himself on his attention to detail, experience, and knowledge of good engineering practices. Having graduated from Technical University of Berlin, Klaus has worked as a field engineer and construction manager on commercial, industrial, and residential projects for many years. Klaus founded Nesseler Construction Ltd. in 1989.
Nesseler Construction Ltd. is a Delta Registered Builder in the Corporation of Delta’s Registered Builder Program. They are a member of the Home Builders’ Association Vancouver (HAVAN) and the
Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) since 1991.
This award-winning company is pleased to be recognized for their quality construction of one of their home renovation projects recently in the GVHBA Ovation Awards. This beautiful home, named ‘Beach Retreat’ was a small tired cottage that was transformed into a bright two-storey full-sized character home. Nesseler Construction has been a Tsawwassen Builder for many years and is very familiar with the area. We are also a White Rock Builder and Ladner Builder and are confident that we can assist you in building your dream home.

Ovation Awards Winner
We’re thrilled to receive an Ovation Award for our recent Renovation project. A small, vintage cottage was transformed into a bright, 2-storey full-sized character home. We’re very proud of this successful and beautiful home renovation and it’s rewarding to be recognized for it by our peers.
